LA VERKIN, UT – Governor Spencer Cox joined executives of Vitalpax, Inc., along with their families and other Vitalpax employees, for a groundbreaking ceremony on July 21, 2021 to celebrate the company’s latest expansion of their manufacturing facilities.

Representative Brad Last, Senator Evan Vickers, Chief of Staff Jon Pierpont, Washington County Commissioner Victor Iverson, La Verkin Mayor Richard Hirschi, and Councilman Kelly Wilson were also in attendance. Vitalpax President Jacob Ruesch did the ribbon-cutting honors. This event marks the next milestone in the company’s growth and development.

“This company that is providing products for people across the world but equally importantly, and maybe more importantly, providing jobs for people right here in La Verkin,” said Gov. Cox. “There’s something very powerful about people coming together to try to make their community better.”

Vitalpax, owned and operated by brothers Dalyon, Jacob and Ben Ruesch, is one of the largest supplement manufacturers in Utah and the country. Inspired by their great grandmother Mattie Ruesch’s creed to living a life of vigor and health through seeking natural foods, Vitalpax was started as a small business in the Ruesch home in 2014 and today has evolved into a multimillion-dollar enterprise occupying a 100,000 square foot facility with over 70 employees.

At over 6,000 square feet, the new facility will allow the company to take more capacity in their production lines to better meet the growing demand for quality supplements in the neutraceutical industry. This expansion will add even greater capacity for manufacturing and warehousing more product, and enable to company to continue supporting rural development by providing more employment opportunities in the local community.
