Yauhana LLC. is proud to announce the publishing of author Ben Yau’s new book: “Happier Parenting: Smiling and Thriving While in the Trenches of Parenting”.  Yauhana is also proud to announce the launch of its companion website, Happier Parenting, for pre-orders of the book as well as a central site for many further eBooks and reports that Yau plans to publish over the next few years.  Yau embraces his purpose of “Happier Parenting” to give parents simple steps and ample resources to develop more parenting confidence and ultimately more joy in everything that entails being a parent in today’s world.

Ben Yau, is a writer, engineer, and father of three. His legacy he would like to leave is one of helping parents and families live happier and fuller lives. New York Times Bestselling author Raymond Aaron writes in the foreword of Happier Parenting: “I do not think I have ever come across an individual like Ben. He is a senior computer engineer. He is also an internationally known dance choreographer and champion. He is an incredibly kind person, a dedicated husband, and a wonderful father. Yau comments how becoming a parent for him was one of the most challenging experiences of his life.  “The role of today’s parents can be quite difficult and complicated,” Yau explains. Over the years, parenting has continued to become more complex, and parents are becoming more active in their children’s lives. Yau himself admits that he has suffered through stress and frustration to the point of exhaustion because of his lack of confidence in himself as a parent.

“Today, I can see that it has been an incredible, and surprisingly fun, growth experience for me,” Yau happily remarks. “It took a lot of reading, a lot of searching, and a lot of practice for me, and today I can definitely say that I am now a happier person and a happier parent.” Yau then observes that it was when he started speaking at seminars and sharing with other parents his stories, and subsequently receiving tremendous feedback, that he realized he had something very special to share, which led to Yau authoring his book, “Happier Parenting.”

“This book is filled with heartfelt, humorous, and relatable stories from a real parent,“ notes Anna Seewald, keynote speaker and host of the Authentic Parenting podcast, “This book will be a practical companion for any busy parent.” Yau’s future plans is to continue to author more books and publish resources and other fun stories on his companion website.  Yau concludes, “I would love to be able to build a foundation of fun and helpful resources for parents as they continue their own voyage to Happier Parenting.”
